What credit score do I need?

We work with FICO scores as low as 580. Programs vary by score, but if you’re in that range — or close to it — tell us about your situation and we’ll walk you through what’s possible.

How much down payment is required?

Depends on the program. Some loan types allow as little as 5% down; others may require 10–20%. We’ll spell out your specific options when you apply.

How long does the process take?

What does my home need to qualify?
